Commerce & Operations Intelligence Platform
Important business data existed in separate systems that did not share the same operational picture.
A connected data, automation and application layer between the company's core platforms.
The Problem
Sales activity lived across ecommerce and accounting platforms. Operational work was managed in ClickUp. Logistics and warehouse information came from additional systems. Reporting required information to be retrieved, interpreted and combined from different sources.
The challenge was therefore larger than creating dashboards. The underlying data, relationships and workflows first had to be connected and structured so that management and operational teams could work from consistent information.
The Solution
ConsultEvo designed an architecture in which source platforms remain responsible for their core business functions while automation and data layers connect them.
Make.com handles retrieval, transformation and orchestration across external systems. Supabase provides a centralized structured data layer for reporting and application use. WordPress and custom interfaces provide management dashboards and operational tools, while ClickUp remains part of the operational workflow environment.
This architecture also provides the foundation for AI interfaces that can query business information and return usable answers without requiring users to manually navigate each underlying platform.
