How the workflow behaves
Automation does the repeatable work. People keep the decisions.
Hard-fit answers can stop an application early. The screening agent reads the resume, scores evidence against the role and recommends Reject, More Info Needed or Interview. Make routes the result, sends the right candidate communication and keeps the task moving. When a genuine hiring decision is needed, the workflow leaves a clear decision point for a person instead of hiding it inside automation.
